All righty, I was updating ravelry and I thought I would update you guys as well. I deicded to check out the pattern for the socks I'm working on, on Ravelry.  I took a couple of pictures of what I have done, and I thought I would include a few pics of the beach from yesterday. I spent more time in the water than taking pictures of the water so there's only two. :D

Anywho. Not much rain yet here to report. Only a brief downpour and now nothing. Still kind of waiting for it to happen, really. o.O

This was the beach yesterday. The foam you see, is the shoreline, the wave is not even a foot from the shoreline.
 

To get an idea of how hig they were, here's a close up.

Now onto knitting!! Here's a shot of what I'm working. I'm only just finished the cuff. I had to frog the grey because I screwed up the pattern. I'm going to start again later today.

Here's a close up shot. Alpaca yarn has a big of a halo and gets fuzzy very quickly.

So far the hurricaine is not projected to go inland, but we're starting to get some of the winds right now. (it took me a half hour to post this sucker) But nothing should be really happening for another two hours or so.

Some gorgeous pictures darlin'! The pink Alpaca looks absolutely luxurious- love the colour, and I'm super anxious to pick up some alpaca soon. I'm pretty much in love with it, but I'm not sure what to make with it.

I'm not a fan of pink much either- but that one just looks soo... soft. Can pink look soft? Anyways, best adjective I can come up with lol. It's pretty :)

This yarn actually isn't all that fuzzy. It has a bit of a halo effect, but it's not annoyingly so.

Frogging: to rip it (ribbit) back :D And these are the socks I'm making ^_^

That beach is wonderful, and awesome, it was so warm yesterday, but just wonderful :D.
